yes, i know, should’ve read the other reviews more closely but oh no, mr know-it-all, bought it anyway. and yes, they were all right: the thing doesn’t work as a standalone, you need to download the Huawei app, which doesn’t work, and it tells you you need to download another one, Huawei mobile service i think it was, which basically cedes control of your phone to Huawei, an even THAT didn’t work. now, i don’t buy into America’s paranoia regarding Huawei, but when all i want is a heart monitor/pedometer/calorie counter/fat burner thing and i need two extra apps, one of which hands control of my phone to a third party just to be able to set the time, well, dear reader, you know where you can stick that. avoid. save your pennies and get a fitbit, there’s plenty of them about, good quality refurbed ones, and leave Huawei to the business of feeding America’s national hysteria. oh, and it’s a bit flimsy. i wasn’t expecting a rolex but really, i’d be worried about wearing it to do anything in case i broke it, even putting it on was a bit hairy… no, avoid, spend the money on pizza or CDs

I thought I would try a fitness tracker as I’m training for a half marathon next year. At the price I paid I thought this was a little ‘too good to be true’. However after 2 weeks I totally love this product. It works well as my everyday wearable and great in the gym or out running (you will need your phone with you for some functions). Highly recommend to those like me who want a great value fitness tracker.

I was a bit sceptical about the band but wow so far best smart band and cheapest ive baught it tels you obviously the time but on top of that other features i discovered which are not in the desciption example music option change music ur listening to on the watch brilliant oxygen level in your blood i mean what more u want with the heart rate monitor my missus got this for me and other than taking it off to charge always on my wrist best smart wrist watch bad for affordable price by far love it 5 days so far and charged once so battery brilliant most ive had was tops 3 day looks slick and does nearly nough mosth things you will need 100% recommended if you dont like just return but i gaurantee you wont no to metiom the 3 year extended warrantee i take iy on showet bath and swimming.

Found this on a telegraph article for fitness watches as the tech bargain of our generation. They were correct. Literally cannot believe the price for how good this thing is/looks.
