Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy

We are happy to accept the returns of unused products in sellable condition within 28 days of the date the order was shipped. To initiate your return, just click at – Return Form

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN

In the unlikely situation your item is faulty or damaged on arrival you can return the item for an exchange within 28 days of ordering.

If you would like to return your item for a refund please include the reason for the return in the Reason for return box below.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Refunds

Items can be returned within 28 days for a refund if they are faulty/defective. Unwanted items can be returned but the customer will be liable for the delivery charges.

Refunds can be initiated using our online return portal . We will email you once your return is received, inspected, and accepted. Please allow 3-5 days from the time your return is delivered to us to refund your order (outbound shipping fees are non-refundable). It will take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method. Return shipping labels are £9 for refunds.
