I had the sb20 (actually owned 2) years ago, and have held off on getting the new one. All good, except I only seem to be able to connect a single device at a time, which is a PITA but not yet a deal breaker.For the money, a good buy.

Great set of earphones. Connects with my Sony NW-A45 mp3 player and my Sony NW-A105 mp3 player via NFC. The charging time takes at most a couple of hours.You can use also use the earphones wired by plugging them into your phone or mp3 player as long as it has a 3.5mm jack.

I initially bought this to use for conference and Skype calls for work. But this does not work. It needs reconnected manually each time, and doesn’t work with MS Teams.It is a good product, with good quality mic inbuilt, but not good for the purpose I was wanting.
