The volume is average level, even when using different headsets. The supplied earplugs are extremely uncomfortable, tried all the buds supplied.Battery life is average and not as expected. My past experience with Bluetooth headsets have all been ones from Sony and I was never disappointed. This one has poor quality of sound and battery life. The functionality is the worst.Design looks great and impressive stying, one of the attractions of the unit. However in reality the design makes it clunky and awkward to use. The aim of such a device is to use it without looking at it.The use is harder and even the way it clips on is awkward. The balance of the unit causes it to keep tilting when clipped on a top, then you end up fumbling to use it when it needed. If I could return it I would. But the return window was not long enough to get an honest experience of the item.I use it reluctantly as there is no other option for me.

The Sony SBH24 is a great device producing a sound close to the Harman Target. USB-C charging is a nice addition especially at this price. The real gem is the pair of mh755 earphones, sound quality like no other at this price.***PEOPLE LOOKING FOR THE ORIGINAL MH755***Yes, this contains a completely legitimate set of MH755 earphones. I have personally checked the inside to verify the drivers.Only downside to this is the receiver is limited to AAC or SBC codec only. No LDAC or AptX.

When I received this i binned the manual, as i do most things. then i realised there’s no next/previous button.. the older model had such buttons. I read some of the questions and answers here and someone had helpfully already written that you simply hit the play button twice for next and three times for previous. so sure, there’s no dedicated buttons for those functions, but it has the functions nonetheless.not a fan of the clip on this one. it is fixed in place – the previous model had a clip that could rotate 360 degrees (but would “click” into place in two positions 180 degrees opposite each other). the clip has a bigger profile than previous model. the unit is top heavy when clipped onto clothing, making clothing sag away from you… not a fan of this but can’t knock off stars for that in the options given…i’d have knocked off a star for overall ergonomics.

Great headset, easy to use and trouble freePro’s:Breaks headphone tether to phone, Bluetooth headset without looking like a Bluetooth headset fool, volume loud enough, complimentary set of asymmetric short bud headphones, nice design, the clip is more substantial than the SBH-20,Con’s:Battery life no improvement on a previous SBH-20, USB-C socket (only have the cable that came with it to charge, previous SBH-20 was micro usb), no cap on USB Charge port (SBH-20 has this), for some bizzare reason the ‘low battery’ warning feels the need to beep through the last 45 mins or so if power every 5 mins – previous SBH-20 beeped 3 times in the last 5 mins of use and then diedHighly Recommended

Handy and trendy. Works perfectly good value for money. Runs for about 5 hrs constantly.Edited:For some reason doesn’t pair with iPhone 11. Had Samsung S9 before and it was fine.

Great design. But that’s all there is..

This a really nice Bluetooth Head set and the ear phone are good in quality for listening for talk radio and music.Battery life from fully charged is total 6 hours, after 5 ½ hours you get the low battery sound and that goes every 2 ½ for 4times, then it’s again at 10mins left then the unit goes dead.As battery life goes down the Bluetooth range goes down.Charging time from a 850mAh charger, from fully discharged to Green light(85%) is 54 mins and fully charged is 1hr 9mOverall this is a very nice unit, I have seen some cheaper unit for £15 but decided to stick to Sony Quality.

Very poor sound quality, the maximum volume is pretty low. To make things worse, the battery life is awful. Do not buy this junk. Worthless piece of garbage. Shame on Sony for selling this under their brand name.
