    This light is super easy to install and good looking. It has a very slim profile which made it perfect for my hallway where the old light was routinely hit by the linen closet door due to a lack of clearance. The cabinet door goes right underneath this fixture without collision The easy connect clips that are included made installation a breeze. I like having the ability to change the light warmth easily too. I liked this light so much in my hallway that I bought another one for my laundry room to replace one of those old light fixtures that look like a boob. I put the laundry room light on the coolest setting which gives great lighting for laundry and other projects. Way brighter than the boob light.

    Over all this is a fiver because cost and simple installation. The sunlight setting was just too bright for me and the soft white was a little too yellow for me. The norm setting was perfect. When I ordered these I was worried there is no side lens for light to flow evenly across room and ceiling. But that was not the case because of how thin they are. In three of my other rooms I installed can lighting. Had I known how these would of looked against the ceiling I would have used these instead. I bought the white models and against a white ceiling they look like their cans but distribute the light much, much better. My opinion only. Will be buying more as I replace my dated square fluorescent fixtures. By the way you do not need to use the grounding wire as these are all plastic but do not cut it off as someday you might need it for a metal framed light or fixture. Wish they had a grounding spot anyways just can not get use to that idea. I have no idea how long they will last but for now they are very good product.

    This light looks so clean and is so easy to install, even for zerohandy people. The brightness is amazing too We use it to replace a super bulky and outdatedlooking chandelier that was used to light up a pool table. We now use the area to play pingpong and really hate to keep hitting the silly chandelier. This new light is so thin that it literally feels like a giant version of a recessed light except that you dont see the light bulb and its much much brighter. Now its provides all the brightness we need but zero obstacle for my kids pingpong play. Also this single change made our entire basement look brighter, larger, and more modern. The changeable temperature setting is a bonus. We can use the brightest setting for games, and have to option to switch it to the soft and warm setting to match other recessed lights in the room. Simply Perfect

    This was the perfect fixture for my 10 x 12 bedroom in an old mobile home with a 712 ceiling. It only extends an inch below the ceiling and completely floods the room with brilliant white light. Install could not have been easier. After removing the ugly 2bulb fixture that collected bugs and dust and constantly burned out bulbs, I screwed the included bracket to the existing box. The long slots guarantee a fit with any box. The package includes two nifty snap connectors instead of the usual wire nuts. The connected wires fit into the recess in the base of the fixture. Push it up against the bracket and twist clockwise to lock into place. Done The LED bulbs are built into the sealed unit. It should last a lifetime. Affordable, ten minute install and lifetime light bulbs. What is not to like Im getting more of these. AND, Radiant Roost delivered it two days after ordering, free shipping. TOTALLY SATISFIED

    I bought 4 of these. The first three were really easy to install, 20 30 min each Im slow. One of the 4 did have the super baby amount of wire showing that some reviewers mentioned, so I had to strip and expose a bit more wire on that one. Also one of the provided connectors cracked, so I had to use a traditional wire nut twisty connector on one, no biggie. Also I had to YouTube how to use their provided connectors, easy with a quick tutorial video. The lights are so bright, I love them, since I installed them in my pantry, closet and bathroom, which were surprisingly dim previously, in comparison. They dont look high end… but not cheap either. I like how low profile they are, because my pantry ceiling is quite low, so these are awesome for clearance. Just make sure you pay close attention and mount the plate the right direction, one of them I had all wired up,and realized I screwed it on backward so had to redo it. Rrrrg. User error. Good light for the money.

    I replaced two 4 foot, each with four 40W bulb fluorescent lights with two of these. They give roughly equivalent light at roughly 18 the wattage. The problems with the install were, the Wego type lever connectors they supply do not fit the small size wire coming from the lights. As a matter of fact, they did not fit even the 14 gauge feed wire coming from the ceiling. You pull open the lever and insert the wire, then close the lever, but it never applies enough force to grip the wire, so slips out. I wound up using conventional wire nuts to make the connections. The other problem was the mounting ring you attach to the ceiling fixture. It attached perfectly, but the first one I screwed on upside down accidentally. They really need the word UP or words THIS SIDE UP stamped onto or printed on the ring side that goes UP towards the ceiling. Put a piece of tape on the UP side before you take them apart. But they work well, I like them and would buy them again.

    Once installed, these lights put off a good amount of light and have a nice low profile.I ran into two issues while installing1 The exposed parts of the wiring are tiny, so I had to strip off plastic wire casing to install. I also had to split the outer twowire casing to improve reach.2 Due to the low profile, I had a very hard time installing over the very old wiring in my house. One fixture had a bundle of thick wires and connectors that really require more space behind the fixture. Its really not a fault of the fixture, but if you have an old house with weird wiring, this could be an issue due to the very narrow profile.

    As youve probably heard more than a few times when reading a review I normally dont write reviews, but I had to because this is a great product…Well, now its my turn. LOL Ive owned homes and been Mr. Fixer Upper since 1973, and worked with more than my share of light fixtures. Ive also purchased a few through Radiant Roost since 2000, and this particular light is the first one I have ever installed that didnt cause frustration for one reason or another. The bracket and connection to the light fixture and ceiling is absolutely brilliant It made me wonder why no one else had come up with an idea like it. I purchased a black 12 light for my bathroom and I could not be more pleased. Taloya is the company Im coming back to if I ever need another light fixture of this type. Its three different brightness choices should make anyone happy, it fits as snugly to the ceiling as you could want, and the installation was the easiest of any fixture I have ever dealt with.

    We have a walkin closet and I replaced the bell jar light with a circular florescent light several years ago which was an improvement. With LEDs throughout our home, I was noticing that the closet was looking at little dark. I wanted a circular LED fixture with Daylight brightness and purchased it because it had that option. After showing my wife the different light settings, she actually chose a lower Kelvin setting which is incredibly bright. The installation bracket makes it so easy to install as its threaded and screws on to the light fixtures. I attached it the electrical box in the ceiling, connected the wires and screwed it on. The light came with wire nuts, new screws for the electrical box, etc. We are very pleased with this light and it looks good too.

    These are amazing I husband and I just recently bought our first house and our hallway lights were extremely outdated. I saw these on Radiant Roost and thought about purchasing them for awhile. Im so glad that we bought these my husband is not particularly handy but was able to easily and quickly install these with no issues. I love that there are three light tone options… we decided neutral worked best for our space. they are incredibly bright and make our house feel so much more updated Highly recommend
