I have probably installed over 100 ceiling light fixtures and fans over my many years. This has to be the best mounting system I have ever seen. A mounting plate that is pretty much universal for use on any style junction box. Connect two wires and twist the fixture to the plate. Could not be any simplerAll needed screws were supplied. As well as wire nuts, and even hardware to mount if you could not use a junction box.The adjustable warm to white switch selection is also a plus. I have set mine on Warm to match other LED fixtures in my home. This light is very bright. Please be aware that this light is NOT dimmable. I did not need a dimming feature for my application.This light is very low profile and really looks amazingly attractive for the price. I am happy with this light and hope it lasts for many years. Anyone should have no problem installing this nice looking light.

I like the adjustable light color. I dont care for the warm color setting. The middle setting, the natural light 4000 K is the one I prefer. Installation was quick. Total time which included testing which wires to use for a certain wall switch took me about 25 minutes. The holes in the mounting bracket lined up with the mounting holes of the junction box. It came with wago lever type of wire connectors and the regular twist connectors. It probably would have been more difficult to use a regular wire twist nut. A helping hand may be needed or using some gaffers tape to hang it while twisting the wire nuts together.Oct 18 The latest box came didnt come with the Wago lever type of wire connectors.

Super easy to install within a couple minutes. I like it overall. My only complaint is the color temperature. It has 3 settings warm, neutral, cool. I think the cool is very blue, not sure where that color would be appropriate the neutral is a little too cool the warm is a normal, natural temp for a light, the only usable setting IMO. But I was really hoping to use the neutral light. I settled on the warm, its fine. But Id prob try a different option for future purchases.

Seriously the BEST purchase. They could not have been easier to install The mounting ring that you screw into the socket fit perfectly, the light just twists into that, and it is done. You just click the little switch on the top for what temperature of light you want, so you can have cool, medium , or warm light, and it was so so easy. Seriously just one switch, and they probably took five minutes apiece to install. The best purchase

Excellent light. Looks great on the ceiling, easy to install. The only problem it is exceptionally bright. I found them to be to bright to use in a 12×12 bedroom. Instead I installed them in the garage ceiling and they are fantastic, much better than fluorescent lighting previously used. I would highly recommend them provided they are used in an area large enough to adsorb the large amount of light they put out.

Closet is 14×8 and I replaced the two cheap builder grade fixtures with the Taloya Moon. The light on the left in pic is set to the middle neutral color and the light on the right is the warm light setting. I ended up choosing the warm light color for both and the closet is lit completely floor to ceiling without being overwhelmingly bright. Unfortunately, the light color temps are not exactly the same on the warm setting. In the last pic I show the walls and right side is yellower and makes the walls look creamy but in the left the wall looks light grey. Since its a closet I will live with it, but if this was in a living space it would be a deal breaker. My house was built in the 90s so the electrical box and wiring were black and white just like the wires on the Moon. Installation of both took less than 10 minutes. My closet has a motion detector onoff switch and it is working with this light.

I love everything about it the price, quality and refraction of light, lightness of package, low profile thinness, switchable color temperature etc. EXCEPT one. They really skimped on materials by providing a really, really very short wire connection BARELY 4 INCHES I wanted to return it if I hadnt check how well the lighting was. It was really a pain but I had to solder an extension to make it work. Its just a penny to extend it another 4 inches for Gods sake

Simple, clean, easy to install.Ive been looking for a basic flat, black, warm led light that wasnt going to break the bank and this worked perfectly Its very thin, evenly lit, and light weight which makes install very easy.Good to know This is European made, so wiring is brownblue and there is no ground wire. After a quick google search, brown to black and blue to white for US install, it hooked up with no issues. The exposed portion of wiring on the fixture is VERY short so I had to strip a bit of the casing before being able to wire it up. There is a small electrical lightning bolt symbol on the mounting bracket this is where the light wiring should be lined up when mounting to the bracket or the light will not mount evenly. The light warmth is easily adjusted before installing, the warm light matched perfectly to the other warm lighting around my house. This is not a dimmable light.Its definitely not a conversation piece. I purchased it to be non distracting since I have a large pendant light nearby. Its a little on the small side see dimensions but puts off plenty of light.4 stars its totally worth it for the price, but the wiring was a little more labor intensive since the exposed portion came so short.

Ive now purchased 4 of these for my house and have been really impressed overall. I have a 70s split level home which means my ceiling height is lower vs typical two story house. So these lights fit the bill as they really disappear in the ceiling with the white color and low profile design. If youre looking to make a strong design statement, these may not be the best option. The installation was very easy, took maybe 1015 min and the three color temperature settings is a nice feature as well.My only negative is the lack of dimming ability, hence the 4 star rating. The good news is these lights are VERY bright but depending on room size, may be overpowering, hence dimming may be necessary.
