I’ve had these a few months now.Honestly, didn’t find these to be worth how much I paid for them. Sound quality is good and noise cancelling great, and they initially charged very quickly and paired well. Just take them off charge, they sense this and pair up right away. Now, they are starting to have problems with connecting to the case charger. I will often take them out and one will be charged and the other flat. Even if I deliberately place them in firmly. As proof I’ve attached a vid I started filming when I was listening to music on my phone and one of them connected and started playing music while still ‘charging’ in the case.

OK. first off these seem to work perfectly fine, easy to connect to my phone, could get a great fit with the choice of ear buds and wings, comfortable and sounded fine, there is no volume button on the buds but voice commands seemed to work ok.The trouble began when I went for a run, the volume was on about 25%, plenty loud enough but as soon as satrted running wind just blew straight through and that was all I could hear.OK. did I have it on Ambient mode, I stopped to check, no movement ment the music could be heard again, pressed the ambient toggle button, it practically muted the system, so it hadn’t been on ambient, so turned it back and thought alright I’ll just turn the volume up which I did try initially whilst running with voice command but that was not working due to running I thought. So I turned the volume up via my phone, 50% the volume did not raise, 100% no change ! It would seem they would only alter the volume between 0 & 25%Bonkers !!So after another play around with them at home, a check of the manual and any online help to solve these issues, which went no where, I’ve returned these as Defective, not fit for purpose.ClickElectronics have paid for postage have refunded. Excellent service as always.

Sound is spectacular but earbuds simply will not charge unless the largest ear-insert is installed on them while in the charging case. This is very peculiar and irritating. The charging nubs/prongs on the buds themselves and the insides of the case are badly designed and will not work unless the placement of the buds is just so.Thought about returning them but since they *kinda* work I just keep them around as a spare set in case I need them. However, I would not recommend them to anyone considering a reliable set of earphones. Avoid.

Bought these to replace a relatively cheap pair of ear buds which were failing. Have to say straight off that the sound quality is fantastic. However, I do find there to be several drawbacks to these head phones which I had not expected given the price point;(i) the ear buds often pair with my phone whilst docked in the charging case (case closed in my pocket) – pretty sure this isn’t meant to happen and leads to some pretty comedic exchanges between me and a apparent phantom caller.(ii) when removed from the case they don’t always (often) pair immediately with my phone (even though this is the only device I use them with). Quite often I am not able to pair buds and phone from the head phone controls (despite repeatedly watching online videos detailing the correct pairing instructions) and I’ll have to return the head phones to the case to start the process again. First world issue I know, but it gets annoying.(iii) quite often the headphones do not charge whilst in the charging case. At first I put this down to my incompetence, but the truth is there is only one position the head phones can sit in the case and they should charge from that position. In my experience, that is not always the case, and on several occasions I have been left with inpoperable head phones due to lack of charge. This is probably why issue (i) happens too(?)(iv) Noise cancellation – I know these buds are meant to offer noise cancellation but in my extensive experience they simply don’t.Short and tall of it is – I expected better from this brand and at this price point.

Recently invested in some great Master and dynamic on ear Bluetooth headphones so thought I’d go wireless on my runs as well. First impressions are great, they fitted great right out of the box, I didn’t need to switch the fins or buds, paired quickly with my iPod touch and off I went. Good balanced sounding ear buds not up to my M&D MW50 but good enough for my runs. Comfortable fit while running and didn’t fall out once, feel like a really solid fit and weatherproof for winter runs. Paired with my iPhone back at the house no trouble at all. Like the button functions especially the ambient setting to drop the volume while running if needed eg crossing roads. Can skip tracks forward and pause play etc solid 5 stars overall from me. Hope they last out.

Although I own a pair of Sony WH-1000XM3 Over-Ear headphones I decided I wanted a pair of earbuds for occasional use. I wasn’t willing to stretch to the Sony WF-1000XM3s and bought these JBL Reflect Flow Sport earbuds instead to use with my Moto G Android phone and Sony Walkman music player. This is my take on these JBL Reflect Flow earbuds -Pros- Well presented with a neat, robust charging case, alternative size ear fittings – both wings and tips (medium are pre-fitted), large and small are in the box plus a USB micro charging lead. The mainly visual user guide is clear and will get you up and running.- You need to invest time in ensuring a good physical fit – the better the seal between the earbud and your ear canal the better the sound is – in particular, the bass.- Once fitted properly the earbuds stay in place during exercise.- I like the sound quality but depending on your taste it might need shaping with an equaliser, the bass is taut, mid-range has plenty of presence whilst the upper range is clear and not too harsh. Despite reports, I don’t think the bass is particularly prevalent, it’s dynamic, realistic and not too boomy.- Call handling is good with clear sound in both directions even with ambient noise.- Bluetooth (V5.0) connection is easy with LED indication, the range is decent and reception is largely noise-free and stable.- Controls soon become intuitive for managing calls and music playback (but see below).- The Ambient feature is handy in areas where you need awareness of external sounds.- Battery life is substantial – playing time is around 10 hours and the internal battery in the case adds another 20 hours worth of charge. The buds have charge indicator LEDs plus the case has a four-segment indicator.- The earbuds are waterproof and sweatproof plus have support for voice assistants plus the right hand one can be used singly.- Overall build quality feels good including the case which is very well designed and made.Areas for development- No volume control – control is via the host device.- Not supported by the JBL app.- Physical push button rather than touch controls.- Charging connection is Micro USB rather than USB C.- Ear tips can be a bit fiddly to change but you’ll probably only do it once.- No firmware upgrade instructions that I can see.In summary, I’m very pleased with these JBL Reflect Flow earbuds, they offer good sound quality, comfort, resilience to water, ease of control and strong battery life at a reasonable price point.

Excellent wireless earphones everything you need. Great sounding, great battery life and great fit. No chance of them falling out your ears and breakong. I am struggling to find any cons with these as theyse so good. I purchased the jbl 120s before these and sent them back due to terrible sound and fit in my ear. These cost a little more but are far better in every way.Edit: since I’ve posted this it’s been a couple weeks and they have suddenly stopped charging. First the right one went then the left I have since returned them and got a refund. Since I liked them so much I have re ordered them in the hopes the ones I ordered where just defective. Hopefully this time they last longer than a couple of weeks.

Bought these to replace some Bose Soundsport frees so this is comparing them against those and giving an honest review.Pros- Product comes well packaged and smartly presented- 3 different wings and tips included in the box (S. M. L)- Connected to phone via Bluetooth within a matter on seconds, no issues there.- Magnetic charging case has good capacity and the 10 hour battery life from the Buds alone is one of the best on the market. Total battery of around 30 hours playback is amazing. Been using for 1 week and not charged yet.- 3 different listening modes. Pass though, pass through with music and normal music. Differences are amazing.- Noise isolation is very good considering it’s just isolating- Sound quality very impressive, perhaps lacking slightly in certain areas but no complaints compared to the Bose- Wings ensure a good fit and they don’t feel loose in your ear, tested in the gym too and didn’t fall out once- Buds comfortable, even for long periods of time.Cons- Microphone for calls is a little weak and could be improvedUPDATE: Microphone quality has deteriorated over the last few weeks and if in noisy places, they are unusable for calls as the person on the other end can only hear background noise. Very disappointing
