Lens is in two parts – Loses a star for wierd clip on action that is easy to lose and no bag for said piece of lens, cap prone to falling offThese minor gripes aside its a superb macro lens and all rounder too

Had this lens for 3 months now. Would highly recommend. Great sharpness at f11 especially and the built in light function enables you to accentuate a particular part of your subject matter. Great for still life. Has opened up a whole new world of photography for me and if anyone is interested in macro photography would highly recommend this lens. Have attached some photos taken using this lens.

I like the macro feature of this lens. The light in front of the lens is important when you are close to an object and you are creating some shadow to the subject. Picture has a good quality.Is not that good for using as a wide angle since the basic lens that is coming with a camera is 18-55 so this give you a wider field.
