These do not feel quite as good in my hand as the less expensive Bushnell 10*25 camo binoculars, but the optics are vastly better. The view is sharp and clear. If a bright clear view is important to you spend the extra money and get the better optics. For their small size I found them to give an excellent view.

Eventually I also tried the Bushnell Legend 10×25 HD and then I kept it!Precisely because it is lightweight, small and great quality, optical and mechanical, as soon as I tried it I knew immediately that this Bushnell could be the “definitive” binoculars. In practice it is a very good binoculars with ED lenses, weighing 240g and with a definition I would say excellent, at a sustainable figure for the quality offered (around € 180-200). Having already tried various similar binoculars, the general idea leads me to believe that this level of optical and mechanical quality, can be the minimum necessary on which to lay eyes (in all senses). It has a good focus, without tolerances and approaches up to 1 meter and 60 cm (my copy). The rotation is 2 laps so sufficiently precise but fast. It comes in a solid mechanics, well-engineered and built, which I hope will last forever. I read comparisons with 10×25 type Trinovid models of Leica or Swarovski CL and I was given to understand that the quality / price of the Bushnell appears to be greater. In fact, this Legend HD still offers a clear field of 95m up to 90% of the border, in the absence of chromatic aberrations, with excellent contrast, natural color reproduction, and with a vision which I believe is also average and sufficiently “three-dimensional”, despite the models Eschenbach that I tried, are better. Then, comparing in the night the Bushnell and the Swift Newport II (10×50), I noted with great pleasure that apart from the natural superiority of the “big beast” in the reading of darkness, the “little one” still sports a adequate brightness: in fact, with a single thread of light available, he was able to get me to detect a Grey Heron in the water, about a hundred meters distant. The positive feeling then was that, in the dark where the naked eye can not possibly see anything, ideally this 10×25 binoculars “opens a window.”Lightness, quality and transport size, make this binocular an excellent tool uncompromising, to always carry in all situations. Recommended for anyone who is looking for a serious tool, the “Pocket” type.

Optically this binocular is superb. Image is bright and very clear and colour fringing is allmost nil even though some one is looking for. Field of view is 5.4 degree which is not bad for a compact bino with10x25 configuration.Very compact well pockatable easy to carry. Low light performance is good enough. Only issue the durability that time will tell. Bonus waterproofness not only protect from water but also protect from mold or fungus groth which is biggest enyme of any optical equipment. But at last it is optically it is superb.
