Bought these in February for using at the gym. Used between 15-20 times pre-lockdown. I’ve got small ears so they were uncomfortable and didn’t stay in, so I had to buy different covers, got Comply and much better, found that they fitted well and stayed in position. Sound quality good, noise cancellation, not so good. Controls a bit slow/laggy…but ok for what I needed them for. Bit as good as I was expecting, but good enough. Felt slightly disappointed but not enough to fuss with returning them and like I said nice sound quality. Then covid hit and these got put away, in their case, in the drawer. I’ve just bought an exercise bike with Bluetooth compatibility so I can exercise at home, got these out to charge today and they’re totally dead. The lights on the charging case unit won’t even illuminate. Tried different plugs and sockets throughout the house but nothing. Very disappointed due to the extremely limited use these have had. Wouldn’t recommend based on this. A shame as prior to this I hadn’t had any problems with them once I got new tips and didn’t really use the controls too much in the gym so their slow response didn’t worry me too much anyway.. But they’re obviously not reliable and they really should be for the £200 I paid for them. So I am wary of re-ordering headphones from B&O again.Edited – ClickElectronics helpful chat service and am now sending these back for full refund and buying AirPods Pro.

Design, Use of leather on the charging case and ability to wirelessly charge are all really nice but that is about all I can say that’s positive about these. The build quality of the case and earphones feels very flimsy, the earphones rattle about inside the case when shaken which makes me worry they will stop charging but in reality didn’t seem to be a problem.Sound quality was good when they worked but I kept getting drop outs, at first I thought this was steaming quality but on downloaded/local music the problem persisted. No noise cancellationUnless these were about £80, your money is better spent elsewhere.

Originally a 5 star review however after 1 year of ownership I’ve had to change this. Just outwith the 1 year warranty they have decided to stop charging completely. Have tried different charging methods to no avail. They are completely dead.Very disappointed as I did love them but I cannot give a 5 star review to something which no longer works after only a year. The unfortunate thing is I love B&O products, but I’ll have to give this one a miss.

These are superbly made. The sound is fantastic. Beats Bose sienhisser etcHowever they’re badly designed. They simply will not stay in your ears. Forget running! Walking is enough to dislodge them. They’re too too heavy, I tried all sizes of tip to no avail. I am normal size guy, I’ve never had this problem before.Returned them sadly. Such a shame.

Are today’s children spoiled or what? Anyway it gladdened his little heart. He had been reading reviews and settled on this one. He keeps reciting the ad copy literature to me. I have told him that it is all hype. Never believe the advertising – it’s all designed to make you buy. I picked up an old document holder and said “this premium quality, flagship model, unique, bendable, – as it was broken – document holder is state-of-art quality, engineered to give an enhanced experience” or some such gibberish. We laughed, and I hope I have set him on the way to future frugality and acquiring a healthy dose of skepticism towards ad copy. Wanting something is always so much better than having it. The copy never translates into the actual item being sold. Maybe it is just me. Most of my ClickElectronics spends are on my nephew. Until he grows up. But for the pleasure the thing has given, I give it 5 stars.

These headphones have been the most (and only) disappointing purchase I’ve ever made from B&O. They don’t stay secure in your ears when you sweat (e.g. long run), and the controls are fiddly. For example, if you don’t put them in your ears fast enough then they simply won’t turn on. They often refuse to connect to my iPhone 11 Pro, i have to unpair them pair again (from the app otherwise it fails from the standard Bluetooth settings menu).

Have had numerous ear buds but the saying ‘You get what you pay for’ is true. The Bang & Olufsen Beoplay E8 2.0 are true quality, stunning sound & every function works without fault. True perfection.

I usually Bose or beats and decided to change . Was so looking forward to getting the bang and Olufsen beoplay e8s as they were supposed to top notch. They were the worst purchase I could have made , the sound quality was rubbish , they are supposed to stay in your ears walking was bad enough. Returned them within the first day.
